How secure is DATA360

All Client details are registered through a secure website and are maintained in a secure database.

All access to Client information and data are controlled by a password known only to the registered user. Our security policy prohibits publishing passwords or providing passwords verbally. Remember, your valuable data is only as secure as your password.

All communications between the application and server use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL technology is a security protocol. It is today's industry standard for securing communications and transactions across the Internet.

An SSL connection requires all information sent between a client and a server to be encrypted by the sending software and decrypted by the receiving software, protecting private information from interception over the Internet. In addition, all data sent over an encrypted SSL connection is protected with a mechanism for detecting tampering - that is, for automatically determining whether the data has been altered in transit. This means that users can confidently send private data, trusting that SSL keeps it private and confidential.

All data submitted for cleansing will be deleted from our systems five days after completion.

All credit card payments are handled by PayPoint Ltd.
